### Updated
- Added fluid desktop gutters in `public/page-layouts.css`: content uses approximately 93% of typical wide screens, with capped outer gutters on ultrawide displays. Header and homepage hero content follow the same alignment.
- Preserved the homepage Blade file and section structure, along with all image assets.
- Reorganised inner-page service and Allied Services rows into responsive image-led cards with section headings and shorter service descriptions.
- Grouped About content into three client priorities; improved team, market directory, Market Notes and contact layouts with readable text widths and balanced spacing.
- Organised existing Privacy content into labelled panels with topic navigation, retaining its wording.
- Updated card responsive image sizes and fitted the shared Filter image to its inner-page frame.

### Verification
- All 23 existing Playwright tests passed.
- Checked ten pages at 320, 390, 768, 1024, 1440, 1920, 2560 and 3440px: no horizontal overflow.
- Reviewed desktop/mobile screenshots; Blade compilation and PHP syntax checks passed.
- Homepage Blade SHA-256 remains unchanged.

## [1.1.4] - 2026-10-05

### Updated
- Replaced 13 inner-page people images with distinct generated Indian real-estate advisory scenes: seven closing CTAs, four page heroes, and the residential resale and NRI property-management cards.
- Added optimized 1440px and 720px JPEG variants, with generation prompts and provenance recorded in `content/indian-image-prompts.md` and `public/assets/CREDITS.md`.
- Preserved homepage imagery, the shared Tashi Filter photo and actual team portraits.

### Verification
- Blade view compilation passed; homepage file hash is unchanged.
- Browser checks passed for all 13 unique replacements across eight inner pages; images decode successfully and layouts have no horizontal overflow at 1440px and 390px.

### Updated
- Replaced room and garden photography in the About, Commercial, Bengaluru, and Market Notes closing CTAs with client consultations, building-plan reviews, and financial-document discussions.
- Preserved the homepage CTA image and existing relevant property-handover and remote-advisory images. Closing CTA photographs remain unique across pages.

### Updated
- Changed the Market Notes hero to property-evaluation photography showing architectural plans and measuring tools.
- Restored the homepage consultation image in the Tashi Filter section on every page, as requested. This shared section intentionally repeats its image.
- Removed unused page-specific Filter mappings; homepage images remain unchanged.

## [1.1.1] - 2026-10-05

### Updated
- Preserved all homepage photography, the hero video/poster, and the homepage Blade file.
- Replaced repeated inner-page photography across About, Residential, Commercial, NRI Advisory, Bengaluru, Allied Services, Contact, and Market Notes.
- Gave Allied Services a dedicated project-consultation hero photograph.
- Added page-specific Filter and closing photographs in `config/page-images.php`, retaining the original homepage images.
- Added locally hosted 1440px and 720px image variants and recorded sources in `public/assets/CREDITS.md`.

### Verification
- Blade templates compile successfully.
- Browser audit: all 51 editorial photo placements across nine content pages load successfully, with no repeated photo paths; team portraits and brand logos are excluded.
- Confirmed the homepage Blade file SHA-256 is unchanged.
- Existing Playwright suite: 21 checks passed initially; form-focus and mobile-navigation checks passed when rerun serially with a 60-second timeout (23 checks passed across the runs).

### Added & Updated
- **Standardized Container Alignment (`styles.css` & `home.blade.php`)**:
  - Established a unified site-wide container design system with `--container: 1360px` (and `1440px` on wide screens), matching standard Bootstrap `container-lg`/`container-xxl` patterns.
  - Set `.container` and `.hero-content` width formula to `min(100% - 64px, var(--container))` with `margin-inline: auto`.
  - Added `.container` class to `<div class="hero-content container">` in `resources/views/pages/home.blade.php`.
  - Updated `.site-header` padding to `max(32px, calc((100vw - var(--container))/2))`.
  - Fixed misaligned left/right side margins on wide screens (such as 1880px and 1920px), ensuring header, hero text, introduction section, expertise grid, allied services, and footer align in precise vertical columns down the page.

- **Tashi Filter Visual Update (`partials/filter.blade.php`)**:
  - Replaced generic floorplan image in `The Tashi Filter` section with `asset('assets/image.webp')` showing a Tashi property consultant reviewing property choices on a laptop with clients.

- **Allied Services Hero Visual Update (`pages/allied-services.blade.php`)**:
  - Replaced third-party consultant hero visual in `resources/views/pages/allied-services.blade.php` with Tashi custom advisory asset `asset('assets/image.webp')`.

### Verification
- Ran full Playwright test suite (`motion.spec.js`, `editorial-home.spec.js`, `contact-map.spec.js`, `nri-scroll.spec.js`, `site.spec.js`).
- Verified 23/23 tests passing with 0 layout regressions across mobile (320px, 390px, 430px) and desktop (1280px, 1440px, 1600px, 1920px+).
