GANDHINAGAR: In a notable advancement for the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), the Dholera SIR Development Authority (DSIRDA) has formally issued land allotment offers to three prominent companies—Universal Success GroupHindustan Construction Company (HCC), and Nano Works. These developers had previously signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Gujarat government during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor Summit 2009, committing large-scale investments and development partnerships in Dholera’s early growth phase.

The offer letters cover approximately 2,376 hectares of government-owned land, strategically located within the initial phase of the Dholera SIR layout. Each developer has been invited to complete the financial formalities and begin groundwork for proposed industrial, residential, and commercial developments aligned with the region’s infrastructure blueprint.

This early allotment reflects the state’s commitment to fast-tracking anchor development in the greenfield city by prioritizing firms that pledged early support and submitted viable project proposals. The companies are expected to deliver on employment generation, infrastructure rollout, and timely execution—acting as catalysts for attracting more private investments to Dholera.

Officials indicated that the selection was made based on investment readiness, project feasibility, and alignment with Dholera’s long-term smart city roadmap under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) initiative.
