About Manashray Foundation

Our NGO is dedicated to empowering women and ensuring the well-being of children, nurturing a future where both groups thrive. We believe that by investing in women, we uplift entire communities. Through various programs, workshops, and support networks, we empower women with education, skills, and opportunities, enabling them to become self-sufficient and assertive contributors to society. We also understand the importance of nurturing children during their formative years. Our child care initiatives provide a safe and stimulating environment, promoting their holistic development. We focus on education, healthcare, and emotional well-being, ensuring that every child has a chance to reach their full potential. By synergizing these efforts, we create a cycle of empowerment that not only transforms the lives of women and children directly but also uplifts families and communities, leading to a brighter, more equitable future.

Vision

In independent India, millions of workers have yet to experience Poorna Swaraj, or complete independence. Enjoying financial and mental independence, as well as the ability to think and act independently, is what is meant by freedom. This isn't feasible without full employment, in our experience. Every household has access to clean water, clothing, housing, and basic food security when there is full employment. With their own income, they ought to be able to pay for these. They ought to receive social security as well, which covers insurance, health care, child care, and pensions.

Our Mission

The primary goal of the Manashray Foundation is to support its members until they obtain full employment. Members of “MANASHRAY” will organize, engage in nonviolent struggle, and take positive, group action in order to achieve full employment. Integrity, social justice, harmony within the community, and simplicity are and will be Manashray’s key ideals. Women workers will have a voice and their job will be more visible if they organize. Their economic contribution to the country will be appreciated.
