Goel Enterprises was established in 1984 by Mr Gireesh Goel (Prop.) as an independent manufacturing unit in Chandigarh, India. We are specialized in Plastic Injection, Blow Molding and In-house assembly of Farm Equipment's, Automotive Industry for OEM.

Message From Director

When I founded Goel Enterprises in 1984, my vision was to build a company where quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction were at the forefront. Over the years, we have grown from a small manufacturing unit in Chandigarh into a leading provider of plastic injection and blow molding solutions, serving various industries across the nation. Our mission is to consistently deliver the highest quality products, backed by comprehensive technical services and advanced manufacturing facilities. Today, Goel Enterprises operates two units in Chandigarh and Mohali, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to meet diverse manufacturing needs with precision and efficiency. From our humble beginnings in a 200 sq ft area, we've expanded to a 40,000 sq ft facility, manufacturing over 400 different components. Our relentless drive for innovation and commitment to surpassing client expectations have been key to our success, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you.

Our Development Process

STEP 1:

The 3D & 2D Model Is Sent By Customer For Development​

STEP 2:

Then we match the 3D model with 2D drawing to check for discrepancies in dimensions, thickness, draft angle etc.​

STEP 3:

Then we make DFM and Moldflow analysis report. If there are any changes required in design we ask our customer to make necessary changes.​

STEP 4:

Then the process goes through the DRaft Analysis back and front in clients observations

STEP 5:

Then the process goes through the Gate System back and front in clients observations

STEP 6:

Then the process goes through the SLIDER SYSTEM back and front in clients observations

STEP 7:

Then the process goes through the COOLING LINE​​ back and front in clients observations

STEP 8:

Then the process goes in Fill time through the MOLDFLOW ANALYSIS​ back and front in clients observations

STEP 9:

Then the process goes in filling through the moldflow analysis​​ back and front in clients observations

STEP 10:

Then the process goes in Deformation factors: Z direction​ through the moldflow analysis​ back and front in clients observations

STEP 11:

All reports and final mold design is sent to the customer for final approval​

After approval, development time plan is submitted to customer​

STEP 12:

Weekly development report is sent, detailing the process and machining completed with photos of mold.​

STEP 13:

After the trial, all dimensions are checked and the samples are submitted with inspection report, material test certificates and we start preparing the PPAP report.​​
