But we do guarantee that you will be presented to 8–10 relevant investors within 12 months, provided your documentation and readiness meet the required standards.

Q. Is the discovery call chargeable?

Yes. The discovery call has a refundable fee.

If after the call you feel we are not the right fit, or we feel your startup is not yet ready for our process, the fee is fully refunded.

This ensures only serious founders book the slot and helps us allocate expert time effectively.

No. CAP Legal works on a pure advisory and preparation model.

You retain 100% ownership unless you choose to give equity for other strategic reasons outside our scope.
